    The March date ties the hands of the Jets a bit. At least it's after the start of FA, but it's before the draft.

    This makes me think the Jets look to FA for a potential WR answer, either by bringing in a starter or keeping Harvin. I doubt they draft one early, because of that.

    Torrey Smith, Randall Cobb or sign back Percy at a reasonable market price.

    From what I've seen he is a good not great receiver and still has a proneness for get nicked up. Therefore not worth the money for this year. I'd drop him and retain our 4th. If he wants to resign for less perhaps Gailey can figure out the best way to utilize him. In hindsight an unwise move because it ended up costing us salary cap rollover dollars for this year. Time to move on.
