I am definitely pumped for this season. There are holes, but every team has at least 1 or 2. I have a lot of long-term optimism of the shape of this franchise.

I have a really positive outlook on this team. I think this is the best I have felt about ownership, management and the players

#Raiders MLB Nick Roach listed as questionable, Chekwa officially ruled out.

Wasn't able to watch any of the preseasons games and am looking forward to sunday. My thought is we should win and my hope is no more injuries.

Same here as I think we're one year away from consistent dominance on D and the O being pretty good but probably not great with the arrow pointing up! I also love that Idzik is sticking to his plan and not panicking when things go bad... he's very consistent!  

I'm just bummed that I'll most likely be on the road returning from vacation when they kickoff at 1:00 on Sunday

Yeah, very optimistic for the team this year. Really gained a lot of respect for Rex as a person and as a coach from reading Collisions Low Crossings over the off-season. Tremendous football book and great insight into how a pro team operates. Big fan of Rex as a consequence.

As for the team, they'll do as well as Geno does. He's the straw that stirs this drink. D will be good enough, running game will be good enough, ST will be whatever, but the passing game and offensive flow goes through Geno. I loved what I saw in the pre-season from him. Really pumped to see them when the snaps count. Can't wait!

Yeah! I agree Sarge...

It's funny but I usually look at the O as being secondary to the D when considering the team because it's been neglected for so long ...but this year I really think things will change which will be fun to watch especially as Geno starts to fully grasps Marty's dynamic O

I really think the offense is going to suprise this season.

I'm thinking our size in the redzone will make all the difference. The team should have no problem moving the ball in between the 20's.

Gonna be a Fun game IMHO.  I feel we will come out firing with all the weapons we have on offense. That to me will be the biggest upgrade; how we gel as a unit on "O".

Last season we were ranked last in 1st quarter points.  -Geno & the boys need to start early this season.  Thus it commences tomorrow.

Hey Jet Brother's & Sister's, I've finally cleared the CIA security clearance in time before Jet football starts. I can't believe it's football season and summer is almost gone.
