I'm at a loss with this game. I'm thinking a FG either way wins it.

[ltr]Rex indicates that AA and Walls would likely be the starting CB's against GB...as of right now. #NYJ[/ltr]

we are headed into the teeth of our schedule. We need to come out of these next 5 games at .500 or better. If we do that we are in solid shape. I just think that if we can squeak this game out against GB we could end up on a little run

Welcome glad to see you here. Being on the right side of the turnover battle is big. We cant be sloppy with the ball again and we really need to turn up the heat and create of fewNCgreen12 wrote:Imagine the hype and all of the bandwagon media jumping on board if we beat the Pack in Green Bay. I might just be one of them.
This game is somewhat simple for me to predict - one or no turnovers and we got a good chance. They are definitely beatable. Play careless like last week and it will be a very frustrating day knowing we really had a shot at 2-0.
BTW - it's good to be on the new board.

Welcome to those brothers who finally made it... This is a winable game. We can run on them and should... grind it out and keep Rogers off the field. Play intelligently - meaning only few peanalities - stop the run and keep the WR in front of the CB and we can beat thes guys. I am not taking anything away form the Pack or Rogers I expect a dog fight so lets hope for no injuried and a win...

I think this will be a close game, decided in the 4th. I think we have a real shot! I would love to hit Rodgers early, or somehow force an early turnover.

I think Bryan Bulauga is playing, but I doubt he'll be 100%.

that's how i feel, if they think an 80% Bulauga can handle Mo and Richardson, fine by me. It likely requires them to keep a back or TE in to help on that side...then who is helping their RT with the other Mo or Richardson...oh, no one...

No oline or dline, just pray Rodgers isn't Bledsoed. His 31st career start may be his last and there's no Brady behind him, playa. Ain't nothing you or son # 1 through 7 can do to stop the pain the sons of anarchy are about to bring. Just pray you can field an offensive unit next week after this game. What I am saying is do a lot of praying between now Sunday and I wouldn't stop till the game is over and the body count is totaled.

A lot closer than people think.
That said, perception is still greater than reality, and I put a lot more faith in the media lazily following LOLJets than I do in them giving credit, even if the Jets win Sunday.
Besides, Rex relishes the underdog role.

Our D feels pretty disrespected...reminds me of the play-off game at New England...and we're playing a defense that couldn't stop a nose bleed last week...

2 more days to go this week is dragging. I have a good feeling about our chances. I think we will see at least one of our youngsters have a breakout game.

103rd start, (+3 partial games), but hooz counting?Superman55 wrote: His 31st career start
Bad news for Jets fans.
ILB Brad Jones, (thigh), who single-handedly turned the middle of the field into a Sea Pigeon feeding ground & tackled more Packers than byrds last Thursday, will most likely be replaced by Jamari Lattimore - who brings the wood and has a penchant for shooting the A-gaps into the backfield much more quickly than either Jones OR Hawk.
RT Bulaga (knee-MCL sprain) sore & downgraded to questionable after Friday's practice.
Likely replacement if Bryan can't go - 2011 Rd 1 LT draft pick, Derek "splintered leg" Sherrod, who missed nearly 2 full seasons as a result of a horrific double break to his tibia and fibula & an ankle complication following rehab.
It's POSSIBLE that McCarthy will decide to shove RG T. J. Lang, (who's screwed it up previously), outside and put Lane Taylor at RG.
Notta lotta options there for GB.
Lacy WILL be back, however, and give Mo, Snacks, & Richardson all they want to handle before Starks and Harris zip through them for a combined 100+ yards.
GO PACK! GO!
Seem to have found a nice compromise green MV, thanks.

I predict this to be the week of the TE. I bet all 3 get involved and Amaro has a breakout week. I also suspect we'll see some formations with Hakim and CJ2k. Should be fun!NickSINYC wrote:2 more days to go this week is dragging. I have a good feeling about our chances. I think we will see at least one of our youngsters have a breakout game.

I'm just looking forward to finally seeing them play since preseason as I missed last weeks game while being on the road all day...
Well that's not entirely true as I raced into the house when we arrived and excitedly turned it on just in time to see Oakland score !
But then Salas fields that onsides kick and I'm . I Love that he made the team as he always seemed to spark when he got his few chances last year.
What better test for this young team then going into Lambeau against Rogers & Co... I'm not missing a minute of it and I hope it feels like in the end.
GO JETS!!!!!!!!
