    Eli would have to demonstrate that he has both the time and the arm to get a ball out to a WR for Cro to truly be tested. So far, neither he nor his line has done so.

    FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- A day after waiving cornerback Leon McFadden, the new york jets announced Friday they have re-signed cornerback Ellis 

    Lankster, 27, played for the Jets from 2011 to 2013. He was cut by the team on Sept. 1.
